UX-driven work, AI-ready platforms.
Although my job titles have spanned Web Designer, Regional Web Design Manager and Web Developer, my day-to-day work has consistently been UX-driven — understanding real users, structuring information and improving how people get things done online.
I help education institutions, public-sector organisations and large enterprises turn complex content, platforms and emerging technologies into digital experiences that are easier to understand, easier to maintain and more useful for real users. At The University of Hong Kong, this has included CMS development, a RAG-based AI chatbot for admissions enquiries and generative AI workshops — hands-on evidence of bringing AI into real institutional workflows, responsibly and practically.
My background combines UX design, WordPress/CMS, website revamps, cross-department stakeholder coordination, digital learning support and practical AI exploration — including designing and building two independent AI-powered projects. I care about the full journey: understanding the project goal, identifying target users, structuring information, coordinating sign-off across stakeholders, and measuring whether people actually use the platform.
